Bought this laptop for my daughter to use it there school. She's ten. We received it and it stopped charging almost immediately. I thought it's ok, most likely a defective charger. I bought a new charger. The same. So i contacted hp support they fixed the computer and sent it back to me but they reinstalled windows 10 which removed my one year free trial of microsoft office i contacted them about this and they said i had to just download a 1 month free trial or buy it for $69.99 I bought this laptop specifically for a 1 year free trial and HP refuses me to fix a problem that is YOUR fault. If it wasn't for the broken laptop, I wouldn't have to reinstall Windows. I will never buy an HP product again. Buyer warning!
