Strong vibration and after a month the battery still holds a charge. I weigh about 165 pounds and have no problem putting all of my body weight on it. The glow around the power button is pretty cool, my 16 month old daughter loves to play with it because the LED glows in fancy angel colors. I'm deducting a star because the cover around the charging port fell off, I think the adhesive wasn't strong enough. This was easily fixed with double sided tape. Also, like my other trigger point products, the seal on the product has already started to wear off.
