I've used their transcription services several times over the years, but currently have not worked directly on any projects since they changed management in 2014 or so (I think). The service has been terrible from day one; there's always some mishap that causes delays - even when you get an accurate transcript within 24 hours of your request! This is NOT good business practice anymore than it was bad before. If they could improve customer satisfaction at least to where we actually receive our transcripts faster, then maybe they'd be worth working with again someday. It just seems like every time something goes wrong. Very poor quality control now days.
