This stays in place WELL, with just the 2 combs that are attached to it. I was surprised! Stays looking nice, easily combed. I put it on in the morning and forget about it. I bought another one so I had one to sleep in if I wanted to, as I'm self conscious about my hair loss. The low cost made the quality quite a happy surprise! I will say that it's all one color, no depth or highlights. But you pay at least double or a lot more if you find something with varied color in it. This is the only one I could find with the combs. They also allow you to stretch it wider across.your head, or leave it looking a bit smaller. It is quite large, and doesn't look like a bun at all. But it is similar to how I wore my hair before age, stress and a medication made my hair a challenge. The combs hold it securely, but clips and the elastic bands of other products I tried didn't have enough hair to grab onto.
