If you're buying this for the ingredients or to support a local business, do it. I usually use Levels chocolate protein, but wanted to add cinnamon protein powder to my coffee. It tastes like regular vanilla protein with a hint of cinnamon. I know because that's what I usually do. I was hoping this would take my pre-workout coffee to the next level, but no luck. It's a lot less sweet than any other "grass-fed" protein I've tried, so you might find it useful. Mixes well with almond milk and coffee in a shaker. Overall rating - not terrible, but not great either. I won't buy it again because of the price, but I'll definitely use what I have.
