A car that could move over rough terrain (gravel, mud, turf) without sagging under the weight of a 9.9 4-stroke Mercury. The hard part was the assembly. Throw away the instructions, they are beyond useless. Collect images and build logical thinking. I ordered two units. You had the right nuts and bolts. Another had the wrong thread type and screw size. We were able to purchase the parts we needed for only $5 at a local hardware store. So a good product - pathetic instructions and questionable quality control of the parts in the box.
