Great User Interface and Excellent Customer Support

The UI is very simple, it provides all of the required features without much hassle. They have great customer support that help you get what's needed when things go wrong (and they do). I've used this product since its early release as part of our integration with Salesforce. Their free trial offer helped us figure out if we wanted to continue using their service after going live. There really isn't anything negative about them at least from my experience so far. We use one bar primarily because it integrates well into SFDC via Zapier which makes adding new data easy from other systems such as Zendesk tickets, Desk.com etc.
