Review on Brita Stainless Insulated Bottle Filter by Sherri Lee

After using Brita's regular plastic filter bottle for years I'm glad I got a stainless steel bottle. My water stays cold for HOURS and much longer when ice is applied. For some reason this bottle is kept in the backpack even though the previous plastic bottle (roughly the same size) always slipped out of the bottle holder. After a few months of use, I found some filter residue on the inside of the mouthpiece (see photo). I thought it was just the filter so I replaced it and cleaned the mouthpiece but that happened to the next filter and it became difficult to clean. I've never experienced that with the previous bottles I've used. Maybe it was just my bottle with such a weird problem. All in all, definitely worth buying. The water stays cold and doesn't break as easily as plastic counterparts.
