Review on 🔪 Tojiro DP Santoku Knife 6.7" (17cm) by Stephanie Smith

Unlike the original Tojiro DP, the newer and improved version has a vg10 kernel. Superb craftsmanship from blade to hilt, with an obviously full shank and immaculate outer edge. The knife retails for $100, at the time of writing this review it's selling for almost half that price. At $50-60, it easily beats any other knife in its price range. It's a good weight, although the padding is a bit odd, doesn't cause any discomfort. Great for beginners, both fit and budget minded.
