I've tried these BCAAs in Tropical Eskimo and Pink Guava flavors, and TRU's newest flavor, Passionfruit, is my favorite! I'd give passion fruit first, then guava, then tropical popsicles (although it's still good and I'll definitely buy it if I feel the need to switch up the flavor). I haven't tried the green apple flavor so can't comment on that. The taste of passion fruit is smooth, which I like because it's not overpowering or artificially flavored like other supplement companies. . The palate has just the right amount of sweetness and isn't too tart (as a fresh passion fruit can be). Because of the subtle taste, you can stack this with other supplements without worrying about taste (I drink my BCAAs in the morning and mix them with the TRU Beauty Supplement). I train 5-6 days a week with workouts like HIIT, strength training and running. I've tried many different brands of BCAAs and TRU is the one I keep coming back to for its high quality ingredients (I can definitely tell by the soreness in my muscles if I forget to take it!). I love that this BCAA also contains L-Carnitine (helps convert fat into energy). The BCAA brands I've tried in the past didn't have this, so I've always had to buy the L-Carnitine supplement separately.
