I like that we can use our Facebook page to create ads, which makes it easy to see what works best with customers who are visiting from social media sites versus those coming directly through Google or other means of search engine traffic. The platform is also very intuitive so there isn't much training required if you're new at this type of advertising. There's not really anything bad about using dex as an advertiser; however, their customer service leaves something to be desired. We've been able to reach more people by targeting them via facebook posts than any previous method of advertisement.
