Review on CustomerEngagePro by Tom Goodlow

I like how easy it was for me as our Support Manager/Director of IT Operations in Salesforce who has been using this product since its inception over 10 years ago now! It's not perfect by any means but we are able achieve what needs accomplished every day with ease & speed compared other tools out there during those times when things get hectic or delayed because something else isn't working properly (which happens from time -to-time). There have also always be improvements being made which makes life easier overall if one knows where they can look first before writing them off completely after hearing about some new features available via another vendor down marketer path than ours so keep looking around!! We've used many different types / brands software products including Microsoft Windows Server OSs along w all versions up through current ones such as Win10 currently running into 2021ish timeframe.
