I've used Burt's Bees on my son for a while and they've never let me down. The shampoo got in his eyes and nothing. still stings, although it is written that there are no tears. This one is truly tear free and has a relaxing scent and they took it off the shelf I have no idea why. I know it's a lotion but the shampoo works just as well as the lotion they took off the shelf. I don't know why but I'll buy more lotion once I'm gone
