The ability to create multiple profiles for each candidate, which is great because it allows you to tailor your recruitment process according to their job role or experience level etc., as well as being able to have different communication channels available depending upon what stage of an applicant's journey they are at in relation with our hiring processes (i.e.: email only vs phone call interviews). I dislike that there isn't any way within this platform itself where we can track candidates through all stages of interview/interview round until offer made - perhaps something like LinkedIn could be used instead? We've been using lingocareer since 2015 when first implemented by another employer who had previously worked very closely alongside us so were familiar faces from then onwards but still new territory! It has enabled seamless integration between internal staff members across departments meaning no time wasted searching emails looking up contact details via google.
