A stuck fan clutch out of the box, not a stock fan bracket. Rubbish
This is complete rubbish, the fan clutch is taped right out of the box so it sounds like a Mack truck at any coolant temp and engine RPM. The fan clutch should disengage at lower temperatures, but it doesn't in this case. Btw they use studs to attach the fan instead of screws like the OEMs do, so you'll have to find M6 nuts and lock washers lying around in your tool box. give zero stars if possible
