Review on Case Cutlery Piece Walnut CA10249 by Teresa Olson

I have had these knives for more than 3 years. I recommend sharpening and buffing them with a suitable polish if you want them REALLY sharp. Honestly I would recommend the whole set if you cook a lot of variety. In practice, you can probably only buy 3 knives: a chef's knife, a short 3" paring knife(?), and a bread knife. Unfortunately I had to buy some more 3 inch knives as my wife is used to using them to open Revain and other shipping boxes and leave some glue on them.
