I used it for the first time yesterday. I eat a lot of baked and grilled boneless chicken and wow! The difference between using and not using is incredible. The chicken was so tender and moist I thought I didn't cook it long enough. There was no pink anywhere and it was fillets so not very thick. All I can say is where the heck have you been for my entire adult culinary life! Very easy cleaning. I simply filled a small bowl with soapy water, took the Jaccard apart and tossed it in. I used pliers to pull it out, rinse and wow, clean and dry. It said you could use the dishwasher, but I wasn't too keen on that. I only run it once a week and trust me I'll be using this handy little gem every time I cook boneless meat! Worth every penny!
