I didn't use a tape measure so I ended up making it smaller so it was useless. I had to send it back and wait for a replacement. Either way, if you're the right size, that's great. Back pain when I went to my EDS therapist who is 3 hours away and didn't think to bring a brace. Luckily she had these braces in her office. It provided enough support and correction for my back without being too bulky. I'm doing a PT in it to help with alignment. And when my back pain was at its worst, it allowed me to sleep comfortably on my back. I absolutely recommend it as an OTC bandage.
