A great lifter if you're concerned about bulk under your clothes. Not bulky at all, but very supportive. I can wear my work clothes over it and you won't even know I'm wearing braces. I would recommend it to others.

I ordered a large unit based on reviews that said it was not working well. Big mistake. The large was too big so I switched it back to medium and it fits me much better. Please check your measurements before shipping! By the way, this orthosis fits perfectly and I can wear it all day at work.

I regularly have problems with my lower back. I use this when I get "warning shots" that my back is acting up or when I'm lifting or tipping a lot like doing laundry or shoveling snow and it really helps. It is comfortable to wear and easy to put on and take off by yourself.

This works much better than what my PT gave me. Stays in place and gives me more stamina while I work on my lower back issues. The only disadvantage. Sometimes it takes brute force to remove it. Velcro is a bitch to pull off. I'm trying to remember to tilt the velcro a bit so it's not that hard to take off.

I bought this brace because my doctor recommended that I try it for activities that put a strain on my back (like vacuuming and gardening). I followed the size recommendation and ordered a medium size. While the brace works when I'm standing/walking, it raises when I bend at all. Based on other reviews I probably should have gotten a big one but now it's too late to return it so I'm a bit disappointed.
