They are fine and doing their job.
Bought these for a 16 inch bike I bought on Craigslist. Everything went well and easy enough - it took us a little while to figure out how to keep the wheels from falling off the propellers. You have a second nut to stop this from happening. It seems to be working fine, not much. I'm not sure I would buy them again.
