Better water with Brita

The Brita water jug is attractive. Water definitely tastes better out of a Brita mug. My only issue with this jug, and not a major one, is that the lid, which is supposed to pop open when pouring, doesn't always open and water spills. To compensate, I turn the lid upside down before pouring and it pops open on its own. This is a small problem that not every pitcher can have.
