Not all white peroxide actives are created equal. Hydrogen peroxide is a bleach that takes 30-40 minutes to work. Carbamide peroxide lasts 2-4 hours. This product is caramide peroxide. Just keep in mind that this is a difference as I didn't know. The main difference between hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide is that hydrogen peroxide itself is an effective bleaching agent. On the other hand, carbamide peroxide contains hydrogen peroxide. For every 30% carbamide peroxide there is 10% hydrogen peroxide.
