Pretty final review - my new review
My baby looked great in it! The material is actually quite soft (tulle included). I steamed the tulle to keep it from wrinkling. I'm going to say that it works really great! I had to buy my daughter a black t-shirt so she wouldn't expose her chest and back too much.

Pros
- Very cute and fits well but the zipper broke and I could only pull it halfway up, just used a loop to hide the safety pin!
Cons
- stains on the dress. You should at least check the product before saying it's new and sending it.
