I started using Cameo Cleaner when I bought my first stainless steel cookware set. That was in 1965. My crockery looks like new even though it's over 50 years old. The gentleman who sold my dishes door to door recommended using the detergent that came with it. It was the same as Cameo, just a different name. When I went out, I bought a cameo. I can usually use a very small amount with a damp paper towel or soft sponge. On the outside of the pot, I rub very gently with a soft sponge or my fingers in the direction of the grain on the pot. They have never regretted paying for expensive dinnerware and the use of cameo has made them beautiful. I had to change knobs and grips once about 10 years ago. Cameo also works great with stainless steel sinks. Just wipe them down with grain and they look brand new. I've been having trouble finding cameos in store lately, so I ordered the latest one online. It takes a long time.
