You can't compare this to one of those rim cleaners that turns purple and dissolves brake dust. This is a soap aggressive enough to be used on wheels and should be used as a conditioner and not to clean baked-on brake dust. I use it diluted 5:1 with a flag tipped brush for regular maintenance flushes - it removes that surface layer of dust without melting the finish on delicate items like center caps like heavy duty wheel cleaners do. On very dirty cars, like those that have been parked under a tree and never washed, I even add some Diablo to the foam gun as a booster to regular car soap. One bottle lasts a long time because you don't need a lot of it. Putting it in the bucket like they do in the apothecary videos seems like a waste of time to me - just hose down the tools between the wheels.
