It's easy enough for me, as I'm new at this job, but it can be complicated too! There are so many features in sync--and they're all useful!--that sometimes its hard to know what exactly we should use when an issue arises. But overall, I like how simple yet powerful Sync is. The interface isn't super intuitive or anything; there aren't really tutorials either (at least none that were very helpful). If anyone has used other office suites such as Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc., then these programs will have some familiarity with them which would help ease into using Synchronization more easily. We've been able to keep our documents up-to-date between my desktop PC and mobile device without having to constantly check both devices' files every time something changes.
