It would be convenient if the forecast showed not only the intensity of the bite, but could also be filtered by the type of fish. I understand how difficult it is to do this, but based on statistics (after all, all echo sounder data is uploaded to the cloud), it can be compiled by region. The main thing is that the anglers themselves should not be too lazy to note what they caught, how much and for what. As a result, after a couple of years, we can say for sure that in such and such a period, at this point, something is pecking at something .

Pros

This little ball can do everything! I, as an amateur fisherman who had previously used Chinese sonar (by the way, also a ball), liked everything very much. One of the most important advantages is working with a smartphone via wi-fi. The app is just perfect. It stores fishing histories, tags, biting forecast and weather. In general, everything you need in one application. By the way, while the forecast of biting has not deceived me. Also, the application has a fairly extensive configuration. For me, as a versatile angler (boat, shore, ice, river, lake and any season), this sonar has become just the perfect assistant, especially in winter. Because in winter there is a very short daylight hours, and I don’t like night fishing, this echo sounder saves a lot of time and effort, it will always show you where the fish is and how deep it is. Crap! Yes, you can even see a mormyshka on it ! Thanks to its compactness, autonomy and low weight, I can now take the echo sounder with me on foot trips many kilometers long, to the wildest rivers and lakes. Deepek also has their own maps on the site, where I can view all the fishing histories on the computer. Very convenient and helpful. As far as I know, this is generally a unique opportunity that no one else has.

Cons

I hear the sonar clicking 😁, it's a little alarming, especially in winter, when it's very quiet. And the second drawback is the price . Unfortunately, it is quite expensive and it's scary to lose it.
