Review on Workstream by Donald Waller

The interface is easy to use. The onboarding is very smooth. The team at Workstream is very responsive to any concerns or questions I had. I have not found any issues with the product. The only thing I would say is that the product is not as robust as other platforms in the industry. They are working to improve that. Make sure you have a good understanding of what the product is designed to do, and what your company needs. We have been able to hire fast and reduce turnover. I have been able to hire more than 40 people per month without going through a recruiter. I like that work stream has all my information right there so i dont have go back into excel or other programs when needed! It also saves me alot since we are able too see if they did what was asked without having them fill out paper application again which would waste our resources!! Nothing really but its good just knowing everything you need saved already before interview.
