The supplied USB adapter does not match the product (see picture). The connectors didn't work when I connected it to the PC with this cable because it didn't fit perfectly. I've tried increasing the pressure gently, but I'm afraid anything beyond that might break it. So it doesn't work as a PC hub. The USB-C cable plugged into the Mac and allowed me to use USB hubs. So if that's all you need it for, go for it. I haven't been able to test the VGA connector to see if it's effective. I'll update my review when I can test it. Overall I am definitely disappointed with this product. EDIT: I tested the HDMI and audio connections. HDMI worked once, and when I tried it a second time, it no longer recognized the second display. The audio port didn't work at all. Sending back is a waste of money.
