Their customer service is top notch! They are always willing/able work with you until they find what works best for both parties involved in any given project whether it be sourcing from their supply pool of utilities across North America including renewable sources such as wind & solar etc.. We have been dealing wtih them since early 2014 when we started our first major retrofit at one site that included replacing over 10 boilers - all were burning coal so this was an interesting challenge but worth every penny invested into getting these units up online ASAP!! Our current job includes many other projects currently running through different stages which will involve new boiler installations where fuel source may change again depending upon availability / cost structure between various fuels used by utility companies throughout Canada; however most recently has consisted mainly outages due to extreme weather conditions affecting power distribution systems.
