I like that the software can be used to monitor price comparison sites. It's a great tool to use when you're looking to enforce your company's MAP agreements. I dislike that the software can be slow at times and doesn't always work. Sometimes it will say that a website is in violation of your MAP agreement when in fact they are not. I think that it would be better to have a more user friendly interface. I would recommend this software to anyone who is looking to enforce their MAP agreements. I use this software to monitor price comparison sites to make sure that they are staying within our MAP agreements.
