Got this at 100 watts for my nile monitor's 40 gallon aquarium. The lamp is very weak and does not generate the heat that the electricity should generate. The warm-up temperature only reached 85 degrees. Typically a 100w bulb will heat up around 110-115 degrees in this tank. I don't know what to do with the onions now because they aren't hot enough for all the reptiles I have. The 50w bulbs that I bought from another brand get hotter than the 100w bulbs.
