The only satin style pajamas I could find with a belt closure.

The pajamas are a little long and a little loose, but they do the job. My pajamas had no size difference between top and bottom. Both the top and bottom are designed for a medium-sized man. The elastic waistband keeps the pants secure. These were the only satin pajamas I could find with a belt closure. I bought three pairs.
