Review on Universal Posture Corrector: Adjustable Back Brace for Men and Women, Clavicle Support, Pain Relief for Neck, Back & Shoulder by Rick Rogers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I have struggled with neck and shoulder pain for many years.

Mainly from weekly physical therapy and chiropractor visits. I also did exercises and stretches every day that lasted anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Recently, after shoulder surgery, I had pain in both shoulders during the day and could not raise myself above my head without severe pain. I found that when I straightened my shoulders and brought my shoulder blades together, my mobility increased significantly and my pain decreased significantly. Unfortunately, my muscles get tired or my focus shifts to other things and the pain returns. I tried the posture corrector and within a day the pain was reduced and my mobility increased because I was constantly reminded to maintain correct posture. On the first day I was able to wear the corrector for about three hours before the straps became uncomfortable. The next day it was just before four in the morning and then another three in the evening before the belts started to bother me. Just three days later I noticed that my posture had improved without the corrector. The straps have become more comfortable because my posture has improved by reducing the pressure of the straps. My own muscles develop the memory and strength to hold my shoulders back. I think I will continue to use the corrector several hours a day as a posture aid, a habit that will take root throughout the day.
