The support team is very responsive, always willing to help with any questions or problems I have (or my clients!).

Their product works well in conjunction w/ Google Analytics so it's easy integration into our site design process! We are able't find anything we dislike about their service at this time - but if there was something that would make us change providers then they'd be off list immediately :) They've been instrumental as part ouour website redesign project by helping me understand what metrics need attention & how best can those numbers improve over previous version -- which has helped drive increased traffic from organic search sources like google / yahoo etc., resulting improved conversions overall across all channels including phone calls + email campaigns.
