The app is super easy for new users as it has an intuitive interface that guides you through everything at first use (including onboarding).
I've been using this tool since 2016 in my day job so far we haven't found anything bad about its usability or design! We got many benefits by implementing tefereasy into our daily work life like better communication among different teams of one organization but also between internal customers & partners which helped us improve overall customer service level significantly - just look around yourself how much time are wasted when searching something inside emails etc., now most people have their own phone/tablet they can easily search things within minutes without having other colleagues sitting next them reading over shoulders what's happening there :).
