I used to think these inexpensive spark testers were a novelty that had no place in a professional mechanic's toolbox but I changed my mind after seeing the Tester used to successfully diagnose a faulty ignition coil on my Ford Ranger. If you're troubleshooting in no-start conditions I don't think this is a very useful tool, but it works great when diagnosing a bad coil that's going intermittently. My favorite feature is the ability to plug it into a plug and start the engine, rather than other testers that require you to press the tester against the plug cord and have a second person start the engine. This allows you to control a specific bank within a few minutes if required. There is no country of origin listed on the packaging or the tool, but it looks high quality and I expect it to last a long time.
