This toy is perfect for my 3 year old grandson. He loves to play with it and it's very durable. I like that all edges are rounded and the design is simple. When I looked at the reviews before buying, I noticed that people were dissatisfied, passengers didn't stay upright and kept falling down. I thought "think" but that was the first thing my grandson complained about so I gave the toy a 4 star rating, not a 5 star. However, the solution was pretty simple. I bought some round Velcro with an adhesive side and stuck the "non-sticky" fluffy part on the bottom of each passenger and the "sticky" part on each bus seat. Now the passengers stay where they are.
