The device seemed to work well, my allergy symptoms decreased significantly within 3 months of using the device for the first time. When the filter indicator went from green to red I vacuumed the filter but the indicator stayed red. I ordered and installed a new filter, but the light is still red. Numerous attempts to contact support via the chat box on their website and via email have gone unanswered. Calls arrive at the mailbox, which is also not answered.
