I bought two pairs of these pants and got another pair as a gift. They fit and look good but the overall quality is pretty poor. My seams came undone at the top of my pockets and just today the seams along the back of my pants completely came undone and my pants came apart. The seams on the bottom of my bags have also come undone. I ended up sending the very first pair back and contacted Eddie Bauer directly. They gave me a shipping address and I never got a refund. Months after they directly contacted Eddie Bauer again, they still don't understand what happened. In my opinion Eddie Bauer has never been a quality brand and the three pairs I now own reflect that - along with their customer service. it is impossible to return them. I went through 3 pairs of them. I don't work 24/7 in the office, but I work with them quite actively. As expected, they keep falling apart. And Revain has no way of getting her back right now.
