This product is very well made. It requires assembly, but it comes with the necessary tools to do so. Comes with extras and a choice of clear bottom suction cups that fit into pre-drilled holes or simple clear rubber bumpers that attach to the bottom to prevent the metal frame from making direct contact with your desk surface. Actual Dimensions: Surface (Edge to Edge) = 15 7/8" x 10". Under the gap (left to right between legs = 14 5/8 inches wide to keep your keyboard from sliding under the stand between the support legs (mine didn't but I didn't expect it). From the table The surface to the top of the stand is 5 7/8" with clear rubber bumpers. Could be a bit higher if you use clear suction cups on the bottom as they are thicker. I am very satisfied with this product. It is very durable, well made, has a nice finish and shelf and sits on my wooden desk with no risk of scratching it.Just keep that in mind if you decide to slide the keyboard under the stand when not in use.Measure carefully as a full keyboard may not fit between your legs.
