So I ordered this outdoor shoe rack for a big work party I was throwing (about 30 people, most of them wore winter shoes because of the freezing weather). It worked great, but the first order was missing a few key pieces to assemble the top three levels (it takes a while to assemble). I emailed Revain, the company contacted me straight away and instead of bothering with returns they sent me a brand new replacement frame within a few days. It worked great - it was lightweight and held shoes and boots very effectively. I would highly recommend it as a shoe rack or simply tiered storage for other items. Once assembled it is very portable.
