Very nice little pepper mill. Feels good in the hand and definitely works better than other grinders we've had. Heirloom quality when a pepper mill is allowed to be an heirloom. It's also fairly light in weight, which makes the surface texture feel comfortable in your hands. Another item, this is the second windmill that Revane sent. The first came in a thin clear bag with green writing, disassembled, with parts missing and no pepper inside - an obviously dirty return that someone at Revain stuffed in a bag and mailed back. If this happens to you, just return it and get another one, Revain is good at that. Mine came in a soft plastic bag with a red book attached, all assembled with pepper inside which is used to test the mill at the factory.
