This is a very good product but the customer service sucks. I contacted the company and this was their response: We know this is an issue for some customers, but unfortunately we are unable to offer anything to resolve this issue at this time. We have suggested to other buyers that they attach key rings or a carabiner to the D-rings and then attach a leash to them. Given Revain's high standards, that's not enough. An offer to ship one of these items or even send a credit note for the future would be more in line with what I would expect from anyone selling on Revain. Basically everyone I buy from. I will leave the tourniquet, buy something to fix the problem, but never buy or recommend their products. High price for bad customer service. I DECIDED TO COME BACK
