Arrived quickly. I took my time with the rating because I wanted to use it several times. This is outstanding first-class quality. Great vapor time, I didn't have to rush my facial, it's usually just under 5 minutes which gives me around 18. Read and follow the instructions. Don't get your face too close to it because it's really hot vapor but if you use it as directed you'll get a great facial. I highly recommend it, especially for the price I'm pleasantly surprised. You can also warm up your own towel. Don't add oil, just use water. But I highly recommend it and am very happy with my purchase. You can control what you use it for, whether it's a humidifier useful when you're sick, a facial steamer, or to warm up a towel. It has a handle to control its use.
