Error fortunately within 90 days

The modem has been installed for 86 days. During that time, I've had occasional instances where all the LEDs went off, except for the Ethernet LED, which was solid orange all the time. Usually I could turn the modem off and on again and it worked again for a couple of weeks. The modem did the same thing last night, but after turning it on and off it didn't work again. I turned it off for 30 minutes but it still didn't work so I had to go back to my old modem. I started a refund which luckily was still within the 90 day extension period. This morning I plugged it back in after about 8 hours of inactivity and it tried to boot. It looks like the thing is in the heater, but the modem sits completely outdoors and at home 72 degrees. It was unreliable which is probably why it was returned/repaired in the first place. I would avoid it. I chose to return it instead of a replacement because I don't trust the process and paid over $30 more than the current retail price.
