I hate chopping chicken, my wrists usually kill me halfway down my wrist. I got it to see if it helped and it does a decent job. As with other reviews, the slip resistance is fake until you put reasonable pressure on it and start spinning it. I think you really need to remove what gets shredded and rearrange large chunks from time to time, but it doesn't matter. If you think it'll just scroll a few times and you're done, then this isn't what you need. But if you have a few minutes, it will do the job. I've never had a problem cleaning it and it's dishwasher safe.
