I like that it's very simple to use and has many features which are easy to understand and implement in day-to-day operation of our camp or retreat center. All the help files are easily accessible via the website as well. It does cost quite a bit each month but we were able to set up an automatic payment plan with them so that helped us feel better about the cost involved. We have used this software successfully at several different facilities over the years and no one else makes anything close to what they do! They've been amazing to work with every step of the way too - great people who care deeply about their customers' success. If you're looking for something that will fit into your budget while providing excellent customer service, look no further than Cogran. The ability to create custom forms from scratch (which was not available previously) without having any coding knowledge whatsoever is fantastic!
