I love how easy it is to use and customize. It's very user friendly. The only thing I don't like about this software is that you can't add new features when you need them. Sometimes they have updates that break things, so it would be nice if there was an option to roll back to previous versions. I like that it's very simple to use and has many features which are easy to understand and implement in day-to-day operation of our camp or retreat center. All the help files are easily accessible via the website as well. It does cost quite a bit each month but we were able to set up an automatic payment plan with them so that helped us feel better about the cost involved. We have used this software successfully at several different facilities over the years and no one else makes anything close

I love that my students can access their files so easily. It's really easy to keep them organized throughout camp - no paper work needed. There are enough options of customization (and they have great customer service) but it could be better if there were some way to add in things like subheadings with different font sizes and maybe colouring or highlighting features at certain levels/abilities?
