If you wear a uniform to work you know how hard it is to wash and eventually iron/iron it to keep it looking crisp. I'm 6ft 4" and between 240 and 270 pounds (anytime lol). Wash the form as often as possible. The only thing I didn't like about the Atlio version was the long label around the neck, but it can easily be cut off so it doesn't cut the spine. After the first wash, the label was still unreadable; So you would clip it again and make it your business to wash it warm or return it from the website you ordered it from and read the care instructions online.
